About the Author

Daniel HinkleI live on Long Island with my family. I have been working in the food industry for close to a decade as a chef, certified nutritionist and recipe developer. As a child, I worked in my parent’s restaurant, and I think this experience influenced my career direction.

After working for years, I had built up a collection of simple, healthy recipes–and finally maintained the confidence to write a cookbook.

I’m so blessed that I got this book for free: all the delicious smoker’s recipes are here based on my point of view.

This book also has a lot of recipes to choose from and what I like the most of it are the amazing pictures of each finished product compare to what I’ve read for the past months becuase they talk about delicious recipes but they dont include any picture of it. I can’t tell if I’m doing the right way before because there’s no picture to guide me; but now that I have this book, I am positive everytime that I am cooking the right recipe because of the mouth-watering pictures.

This cookbook is a must read for those who love the smoke flavor, or finds themselves searching for the best BBQ joints — these recipes sound delicious and I cannot wait to work my way through this book in its entirety, recipe by recipe. Man, does the cedar planked salmon look delicious!! And the pulled pork sounds dreamy (something I never thought I’d be saying about smoked meat)!

It’s funny — just had a friend call me post Thanksgiving, raving about the smoked turkey they made for their family. Lo and behold, there’s a few fantastic looking turkey recipes in here that covers that as well (guess what I’ll be making for Thanksgiving next year)…

As I scan through the pages of this book, I can’t help but crave for each salivating and scrumptious recipe. The photo attached to each corresponding recipe make it more delightful and wanting. I must admit, I am not into smoking since I don’t like smoke, it easily irritates my eyes. But this book encourages me to explore and try the different smoked meat and ribs dishes. These recipes will surely add variation to my food preparation. This recipe book is one thing you just can’t ignore. I’m glad I got it for free! I recommend this book to every food lovers!

This book practically contains every smoker recipe possible and yes there are tons of those in the book. The recipes are systematically explained and tell you everything you need to know. It has pictures of the final output as well which is the first thing I judge a recipe by. My favourite recipes from the book were rich smoked maple bacon, slow smoked ribs and baby black pork ribs.
I have only tried a few but all of them were delicious and I highly recommend this book.

I really enjoyed reading this book and browsing the different kinds of smoker recipes. It includes pictures so you will have an idea what the outcome will be. I’m really looking forward to trying them on my own someday when I have the time. The recipes that I like from this book were Honey Smoked Ribs, Barbecue Ribs, and Rich Smoked Maple Bacon. I think it was a good deal because there were so many recipes to choose from. I think you’ll gain so many ideas.

I love smoked meat. I used to look up smoker recipes on the internet, mostly because they were free. But it’s kind of like the lottery. Sometimes you win and the meat turns out great, and other times you lose miserably. I thought that maybe I would have better luck with a book. I was right. The recipes from this bundle work wonders, and all of the dishes turn out tender and delicious. There are recipes for any kind of meat, including chicken and salmon.

Being a vegetarian most of my life and lately a fish-atarian, I didn’t think I’d find much in this book, but it did include some seafood recipes like Smoked Stealhead Trout, Smoked Mussels, Salmon and Sturgeon, so it wasn’t a complete loss to me. I did learn something about smoking as well. There is Hot Smoking, Smoked Roasting and Cold smoking, each with its own duration and temperature.
