Smith talks about in his book-How to Cook Healthy Meals in Minutes-we would all be a lot healthier.This book is easy to follow and the recipes are delicious.I especially am drawn to the fact that the meals only take minutes to make as my time is very valuable to me. This is an excellent reference for anyone who has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Mike Smith not only gives good background information about the food in the recipes, but they are easy to follow. I am fairly finicky about the foods I eat and always check labels for content before buying. I’m also very conscious about my cholesterol levels and when my brother told me about this book, I bought it. I’m glad I did, the recipes are healthy AND tasty as well as quick to put together so it fits in with my busy lifestyle. I’d buy more food books from this author.
