I had planned to read several chapters and then skim others, but ended up reading every single word and wishing for more. The author leaves no stone unturned – she really puts herself out there and in doing so you get to know her, and actually quite a lot about yourself along the way. I have a feeling this will be a book I read several times, and with each pass I will take away something new, and incorporate more and more positive changes into my life. And this would be a PERFECT gift for all of your mom friends!

I loved this book! There was so much practical insight. I really enjoyed reading her story knowing that any mom could do these same steps to achieve a better life for themselves and their family.After all this is what we’re all looking for right? Ali unfolds her plight and struggles with humor and clarity for all to enjoy! The title says it all! …I’ll recommend this book to my clients, well done!

I loved everything about this book from the cover to the witty tone. I was going to just skim it and keep it out but once I started reading I was hooked. Every single chapter spoke to me. I really resonated with the chapters in creating a sacred space and finding gratitude each day. I need both like water around my house with three young kids! Ali’s book is refreshing, honest and inspiring. This book is a true insight into everyday life as a mother and wife for many, and ali provides real ways for her readers to relate to life with examples from her own past and present existance. Even if it required hard work and perseverance, ali made this a priority in her life in order to discover who she really was and is today. A great, quick read with plenty of body and soul.

I loved this book! Ali’s down to earth writing style captivated my attention and made this a really enjoyable read. There were so many ideas and tips on how to live more nourishing lives that I will definitely read it again when I’m in need of inspiration. Ali shares so much of herself in this book, I felt like she was sitting in my livingroom and we were having a chat. A refreshing and modern perspective on ancient wisdom!

Really enjoyed this book! Fast, fun, and pleasant read. Great advice presented in a very relatable manner. There are easy pointers that I will add to my everyday routine.
